We follow professional standards recognized in the aesthetics industry, including guidelines from the American Med Spa Association.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of $25 or $50, depending on the chosen service, is required to secure all appointments.
By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the cancellation and refund policy stated below on this page.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment:
The deposit will remain as account credit to be used toward a future service. Cash refunds will not be issued.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment:
The deposit/payment is forfeited and will not be credited or refunded.
No-show appointments and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late:
Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
Deposits, booking fees, and prepaid services are non-refundable under all circumstances, including change of mind or finding another provider.
Exceptions may be considered only at Tropical Esthetics’ sole discretion in cases involving medical emergencies or severe weather conditions.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed only at Tropical Esthetics. This card may be applied toward any services made at Tropical Esthetics. Not valid with any other offer or discount. Please save all the information about your Gift card.

Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any reservation made using your gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show. We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Gift Vouchers must be redeemable for a minimum of seven years from its date of issuance. Please, observe the expiration date.
