BOOKING RULES

For new customers:

Tropical Esthetics requires $25 or $50 deposit for appointments. If it is your first time, please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time. if you cancel your appointment before 48hrs, this credit will be on your account for another service.

THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED AS A CREDIT FOR YOUR TREATMENT.

CANCELATIONS:
Please warn us 48 hours in advance, calling, texting or emailing, otherwise the deposit will not be credit in your account.
NO SHOW clients and clients more than 15min late will be charged 100% of the service price.
Exceptions may be applied in case of health, weather conditions…

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be redeemed only at Tropical Esthetics. This card may be applied toward any services made at Tropical Esthetics. Not valid with any other offer or discount. Please save all the information about your Gift card.

Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any reservation made using your gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy. Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show. We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Gift Vouchers must be redeemable for a minimum of seven years from its date of issuance. Please, observe the expiration date.
